You have the right to return any product you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item.

If it is over 14 days, we regret to inform you that we will not accept a return/ refund of the product.

Please note the following conditions for a return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at support@beatztime.com before sending any returns to avoid delays in the return and the refund process. Your order number and the reason for the return need to be included in the email as well as any additional proof of purchase.

  2. Once the email is received, we’ll try to provide alternative measures as we really want to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. At this stage, the return address and other information will be communicated across to you if you choose to move forward with a return.

  3. The product packaging must be fully intact for a return. The original package, labels, and all accessories must remain. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. This will be determined by us and if anything is missing or not in the original condition, unfortunately, you may not receive a refund.

  4. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Beatz Time.

  5. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense.

Our team will handle your request within 5 business days after the returned product has been received.
